Delivery Information

This information should be read in conjunction with our Terms and Conditions.

A standard delivery option is offered for all products at a cost of £18.00 per order plus the following costs for each item, based on its weight as specified in our product description:

Standard delivery is normally undertaken by a two man crew and the units are taken into site in a packed state assuming clear access to the ground floor. Unless otherwise specified all deliveries take place using 17 tonne lorries and there must be access for lorries to get sufficiently close to site. If you require a smaller lorry please discuss this with our sales team before placing an order. Any restrictions on site or with access to site must be informed before an order is placed. Note that the driver will not lift cabinets through, windows, or over counters or similar restrictions. Smaller cabinets may be delivered by a one man crew with pavement drop only. Additional charges will apply for services outside of our normal delivery services.

The following Added Value Services may be available on request - please phone for prices and availability:

• Unpack and position (all packaging removed from site)
• Timed delivery
• Saturday delivery
• Remove and disposal of old units (According to WEEE directive)
• Stair walker
• Installation (some cabinets require an engineer to install - delivery drivers cannot do this)

Before ordering, please ensure you can answer yes to the following:

Site Access
The ordered items will fit through your doorways

Lifting Equipment
You have adequate lifting equipment if you are not using our installation service - we will not be responsible for damage or broken glass once the items have been signed for

Electricity Supply
There is adequate electrical supply available at the site

Ventilation
There is adequate ventilation around the condenser - check technical specification
